MARGARET HICKS
President & CEO

Margaret found her calling when she started working for Charlie Cook Associates, Inc. in the summer of 1984. With her willingness to learn and the opportunity to move up in the company, Margaret began selling plants in 1990. After twenty-one years in sales, she purchased the company as of January 1st, 2011 and assumed the role of President and CEO.

KENZIE BALLARD

Kenzie has been with the company since September 2011 and recently made her way into sales. With her bubbly personality and hard work ethic she hopes to expand her knowledge within the business.

Jeanne Anne started with Charlie Cook Associates in August 2014. New to the horticultural industry, she has learned quickly & has become a vital part of our team. She is always looking to help our customers with their plant needs.

Emely is a transplant from Homestead Florida where many of our nurseries are located, she has family in the industry which referred her to us and we are very happy that she is here.  She handles all of our marketing as well as assisting in sales and bookeeping.
